The BodySculpt Challenge is designed to incorporate the support and advice of friends, colleagues and others on the program. This means that you have the choice of one or both options :

• Blog and post onto a Private Group
• Blog and post onto a Public Group

Private Group

Only persons registered and invited onto the Group can access the pages. So if you don’t fancy the whole world seeing your photos of ‘before’ and ‘after’ you can just post them into the Private Group where only participants in the program have access. Of course you might not want to load any pictures at all ! The focus of the Private Group is for other participants to help give advice and support for the program whether it be a picture of the chocolate cake you ate on your cheat day or an article you just saw published listing Richard as the sexiest man in Shanghai.

Public Group

In this group all posts and articles are available to anyone, at any place at anytime. It would be great for BodySculpt participants to also post their comments and pics on these groups as well so that other people may be challenged and interested enough to start a program themselves.
