low carb diet stack supplementsEach person involved in the challenge has the option to include a ‘stack’ of supplements. A stack is the term used for 2 or more substances which have a synergistic effect on each other. For instance substance X may be known to have fat burning properties but when taken with substance Y then these properties become 2 or 3 or more times more potent. We will be taking a stack of naturally occurring substances after 2 or 3 weeks of the diet. The purpose of this is to determine whether or not we perceive any marked or noticeable changes when taking the stack compared to not taking it. Then we know for future ‘challenges’ whether or not it is worth advising the use of these supplements. Stay tuned on this one as is promises to be very interesting.
