Class Schedule

All the group classes have an emphasis on ‘Core’ conditioning whilst some (such as Core Suspension and Cardio Core) also incorporate moderate to high intensity cardio.

Please refer to the Class Description for more details on each class.

To ensure maximum safety for participants and gain the most benefit from a class all persons wishing to participate in the Group Reformer Class must have completed a minimum of 5 Personal Training Sessions on the Reformer.
